Sulap Selip Bukan Sulap Bukan Sisir :D

ini adalah teman aku pas di SLTA namanya pringgo gautama , anak muda dengan ciri khas telinganya yang caplang ini melakukan satu atraksi amazing pas selesai jam pelaran. whaahaha keren abis deh... gaya nya itu loh man.. hahaah ;D maaf ya buat jaket yang dia kenakan bukan berarti bank-bank swasta tersebut adalah sponsor kelas kami. heheehe
tapi emang ada salah satu oknum yang kesekolah pake jaket itu. hahaha.
kenangan bersama kalian manis kawan. aku merindukan kalian teman-teman X.7 angkatan 2010-2011 SMA Negeri 1 Banjar. :]

proses pembekuan darah

  tadi pagi, sebelum berangkats ekolah. aku mengalami satu hal. gini mih ceritanya :
sehabis sarapan aku mau ngambil permen sdi tas. niatnya sih biar mulut jadi wangian dikit.hehe
tiba-tiba aku melihat jari teluntuk tangan kiriku ada noda darahnya?? pas mencari-cari itu asal darah dari mana.. eeh,ternyata dari jati tengan tangan kananku. waaaha,berdarah.. tapi bodohnya gak terasa..hahaha :D
aku jadi ingat pelajaran bilogi di sekolah tentang proses pembekuan darah.. gini ni yaa prosesnya..

Hemostasis merupakan pristiwa penghentian perdarahan akibat putusnya atau robeknya pembuluh darah, sedangkan thrombosis terjadi ketika endothelium yang melapisi pembuluh darah rusak atau hilang. Proses ini mencakup pembekuan darah (koagulasi ) dan melibatkan pembuluh darah, agregasi trombosit serta protein plasma baik yang menyebabkan pembekuan maupun yang melarutkan bekuan.
Pada hemostasis terjadi vasokonstriksi inisial pada pembuluh darah yang cedera sehingga aliran darah di sebelah distal cedera terganggu. Kemudian hemostasis dan thrombosis memiliki 3 fase yang sama:
1. Pembekuan agregat trombosit yang longgar dan sementara pada tempat luka. Trombosit akan mengikat kolagen pada tempat luka pembuluh darah dan diaktifkan oleh thrombin yang terbentuk dalam kaskade pristiwa koagulasi pada tempat yang sama, atau oleh ADP yang dilepaskan trombosit aktif lainnya. Pada pengaktifan, trombosit akan berubah bentuk dan dengan adanya fibrinogen, trombosit kemudian mengadakan agregasi terbentuk sumbat hemostatik ataupun trombos.
2. Pembentukan jarring fibrin yang terikat dengan agregat trombosit sehingga terbentuk sumbat hemostatik atau trombos yang lebih stabil.
3. Pelarutan parsial atau total agregat hemostatik atau trombos oleh plasmin
Tipe trombos :
1. Trombos putih tersusun dari trombosit serta fibrin dan relative kurang mengandung eritrosit (pada tempat luka atau dinding pembuluh darah yang abnormal, khususnya didaerah dengan aliran yang cepat[arteri]).
2. Trombos merah terutama terdiri atas erotrosit dan fibrin. Terbentuk pada daerah dengan perlambatan atau stasis aliran darah dengan atau tanpa cedera vascular, atau bentuk trombos ini dapat terjadi pada tempat luka atau didalam pembuluh darah yang abnormal bersama dengan sumbat trombosit yang mengawali pembentukannya.
3. Endapan fibrin yang tersebar luas dalam kapiler/p.darah yang amat kecil.
Ada dua lintasan yang membentuk bekuan fibrin, yaitu lintasan instrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Kedua lintasan ini tidak bersifat independen walau ada perbedaan artificial yang dipertahankan.
Proses yang mengawali pembentukan bekuan fibrin sebagai respons terhadap cedera jaringan dilaksanakan oleh lintasan ekstrinsik. Lintasan intrinsic pengaktifannya berhubungan dengan suatu permukaan yang bermuatan negative. Lintasan intrinsic dan ekstrinsik menyatu dalam sebuah lintasan terkahir yang sama yang melibatkan pengaktifan protrombin menjadi thrombin dan pemecahan fibrinogen yang dikatalis thrombin untuk membentuk fibrin. Pada pristiwa diatas melibatkan macam jenis protein yaitu dapat diklasifikaskan sebagai berikut:
a. Zimogen protease yang bergantung pada serin dan diaktifkan pada proses koagulasi
b. Kofaktor
c. Fibrinogen
d. Transglutaminase yang menstabilkan bekuan fibrin
e. Protein pengatur dan sejumla protein lainnya

Penampilan Perdana Sang Keponakan Tercinta

namanya juga anak kecil, pasti ada saat-saat dimana mereka slalu melakukan hal-hal lucu dan menarik hati. begitupun dengan keponakan saya "zidni alhikam awali" lihat deh videonya.
saya gak tau dari mana dia belajar lagu yang dia bawakan, yang pastri pas liburan main kerumah saya dia udah nyanyi lagu tersebut. hahaha :D asyikkkk....

Emas Pertama Sea Games 2011 Untuk Indonesia!

Atlet Eka Oktarorianus yang berlaga pada cabang Kano berhasil mempersembahkan medali emas pertama untuk Indonesia di hari pertama SEA Games 2011 yang berlangsung di Situ Cipulean Karawang, Jawa Barat Jumat (11/11) pagi WIB.
Eka yang bertarung di nomor 1000 meter single putra berhasil meraih emas usai mengalahkan atlet Myanmar Win Hitke dan Van Long Tran dari Vietnam. "Saya sangat bersyukur bisa menumbangkan medali emas pertama buat Indonesia," katanya seperti dirilis Okezone.
Namun pertandingan hari ini belum selesai. Eka, atlet berumur 21 tahun itu masih akan berlomba sekali lagi bersama rekannya, Anwar Tarra, dalam nomor 1.000 C2 Man Final. Sebelumnya i raihan emas pada cabang ini memang telah diprediksikan sebelumnya oleh pelatih mereka.
Sementara itu kesempatan pertama untuk medali emas di nomor kayak 1000 meter single putra terlepas setelah atlet Muchlis harus puas mendapatkan medali perunggu. Dirinya yang sempat unggul beberapa ratus meter, dapat tersusul oleh lawannya. Jadilan emas pertama Sea Games 2011 direngkuh lawannya Wichan Jaitieng dari Thailand, dan medali perak untuk Lucas Teo dari Singapura.
Ayo dukung dan pantau terus para putera dan puteri bangsa dalam mewakili Indonesia di Sea Games 2011 !
